Xello is an engaging online program that helps 6th-12th grade students build the skills, knowledge, and plans to be future-ready. The program uses an investigative, discovery-based learning process. Students build their Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) to better understand themselves, their future career options, and the 21st-century skills they’ll need to succeed. ICAP is a multi-year process that intentionally guides students and families in the exploration of career, academic and postsecondary opportunities. Students develop the awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and skills to create their own meaningful and powerful pathways to Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness (PWR). Every Friday at Lesher we pick one-three student(s) from each grade and if they have completed their XELLO lessons they win a $10 gift card.
