School Accountability Committee (SAC)

Lesher's SAC meets at least quarterly to discuss, advise and make recommendations to Mr. Kotnik regarding school progress, assessing and prioritizing needs, identifying resources, school spending, our School Unified Improvement Plan (SUIP), etc. At least one member of our SAC also serve as the Lesher representative and alternate representative to advocate for Lesher on the District Advisory Board (DAB) which meets the first Monday of each month from 7 – 9 pm at the Johannsen Support Services Center (JSSC) at 2407 LaPorte Avenue. SAC Membership

A minimum of 7 members to include:

  • 3 parents/legal guardians of students (at least 1 parent who also serves as our DAB rep. & co-chairs the committee w/ Mr. Kotnik)
  • 1 teacher
  • 1 Viking Volunteers (PTO) member
  • 1 community member
  • 1 principal
